Your coffee is roasted specifically for you — not sitting in a warehouse

When you place an order, we notify the roaster. They roast your beans fresh that day. The bag ships out within 48 hours — nitrogen-flushed with a one-way degassing valve so the flavor locks in during transit.

Most coffee subscriptions pre-roast in bulk, store in warehouses for weeks, then ship. That's why grocery store coffee tastes nothing like the bag promised. We skip that step entirely.
